MMCAP Infuse members may purchase nutritionals through multiple resources including through your pharmaceutical wholesaler, direct from the manufacturer, or from MMCAP Infuse's medical supply distributors.
If you do not already have an account with your chosen purchasing option, please call them to let them know that you are eligible for MMCAP Infuse contract pricing and ask for instructions on how to process orders with them.
